You should have solid office/administration skills, including good overall knowledge of administrative systems; excellent attention to detail and accuracy, including in typing; the ability to engage with and motivate young adults; strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of people in a collaborative manner, and enhance effective work relationships, and excellent organisation, prioritising and planning skills, including the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and use own initiative to deliver expected outcomes. Good problem solving skills and an openness to learning (including the ability to reflect on areas for improvement); initiative, enthusiasm and a results-orientated, proactive approach; discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately, and excellent computer skills, including MS Word, email, internet and basic Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
